Meet Susannah!

Music student turned Salesforce Architect passionate about travel and giving back.

I believe technology is the greatest equalizer, and I’m very passionate about using Salesforce at Boston Scientific and beyond to bring people with nontraditional backgrounds into the technology world.

Who I Am

I am a 9X Salesforce-certified Colombian-American technology nerd. I spend my free time with my dog, Parker; teaching other women about Salesforce through LadiesBeArchitects and RAD Women Code; playing classic arcade games; and watching repeats of “Buffy the Vampire Slayer” and “Veronica Mars.”

How I Got Here

Despite going to college and grad school to study music, I fell into the Salesforce world while working for a nonprofit. After graduating from the RAD Women Code program, I pursued a more technical role as a Salesforce Developer. Recently, I was promoted to a full-time Salesforce Architect role.

Where I'll Go

Since only one in 25 Certified Technical Architects in the world are women, I will continue advocating for women and people of color who want to embark on the architect journey. I’m currently pursuing my CTA to help grow those numbers and I hope others will follow.
